Is parking available?

There is no parking on site at Court Park Hey Park this year (with the exception of Blue Badge Parking), instead there is a new park and ride scheme for 2026. You can park your vehicle at King George V Playing Fields and take a free shuttle bus to the event site. King George V Playing Fields are located at:

Do I need to pay to park?

Parking is £4 for Feelgood Festival and £6 for Knowsley Flower Show.

Are there disabled car parking facilities?

There will be a limited number of disabled parking spaces on site at Court Hey Park. All disabled drivers must display their blue badges to park in this area.

Do I need to pay for parking if I am disabled and displaying my blue badge?

Yes everybody attending the event by car needs to pay for parking.

Can I pay for parking in advance?

No. Visitors will need to pay on the day.

Can I pay for parking with my bank card on the day?

Yes, you can pay by either cash or card.

Last year I could park on site at Court Hey Park, why can’t I this year?

For the safety and well-being of all visitors we have moved the parking off site this year. This also allows us to put even more activities and events on to the site for your enjoyment.

Can I bring my bike?

Yes. There will be a bike parking area for both events, please ask an event steward to direct you to the location once you arrive on site.

Can I bring my dog to the Knowsley Feelgood Festival?

Dogs and assistance dogs are welcome but we do ask for them to be kept on a lead at all times and please do not leave dogs in vehicles unattended.

Can I bring a picnic to the Knowsley Feelgood Festival?

Yes. We encourage all visitors to bring picnics to the event

Can I purchase food at the Knowsley Feelgood Festival?

Yes.  There are plenty of food and drink outlets offering a wide variety of snacks and meals with healthier choices available.

Is the event site accessible?

Court Hey Park is an accessible showground with some marquees located on parkland.

Are there toilets on site?

Portable toilets are available on the Gladstone field and opposite the Children’s playground by the Clearing. There are accessible portable toilets in both of these areas.

Will the event go ahead if it rains?

Yes, unless there is torrential rain, the event will go ahead.  Activities are staged both inside and out, and as such activities are subject to varying weather and ground conditions.
